If you think you’re pretty good at Far Cry 4 and your strategy is sound, get ready to be tested once again when the Escape from Durgesh Prison DLC releases next year. The Far Cry 4 DLC has a release date set for Jan 13, 2015, but it will also introduce permanent death.
This is something most Call of Duty gamers know nothing about, especially if they enjoy running around the map and dying 20 times. The very idea of a permanent death and not being able to get back up will test your strategy within Far Cry 4, and certainly make you more careful along with tactical.
You will need to complete a number of challenges when playing Far Cry 4’s Escape from Durgesh Prison, which then earn players a position on the leaderboard after going as quick as possible with the clock ticking.
Players won’t want to go too fast though, as if you get killed you won’t be getting back up again. The Escape from Durgesh Prison DLC is bringing with it a permanent death when taken down, so this will change strategy for making an exit.
Hurk and Ajay wake up in Yuma’s prison without weapons, so the challenges they complete will help regain some guns and skills. This will take time and skill, but you also cannot take too long or the time will run out before you get to the extraction point.
Are you looking forward to downloading this Far Cry 4 DLC? You will be able to Escape from Durgesh Prison with friends in co-op, or in a single player mode. Season Pass holders will be able to download for free, although others will need to pay a price that’s currently set at $9.99.
