The fact is, we cannot find their iOS app anywhere after receiving requests from Product Reviews readers.
During the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus launch, we saw thousands of orders handled by the SYNCREON parcel delivery service and online tracking was offered through an Apple account. You just used your tracking number, and then head to the official online website to get more information on your package from Apple.
In a world where apps make accessing content on mobile devices that much easier, you’d think a partner delivering Apple iPhones would feature an app in this situation. We can understand giving it a miss on Android devices, but it would help customers if they could use an iOS app to track their SYNCREON parcel delivery.
