Destiny December update demanded by Android users

By Peter Chubb - Dec 6, 2014

iOS users that have Destiny were happy when the companion app received an update at the start of the month, yet Android users were left waiting for nothing. Their last update was back on November 20th, and now they are demanding a new Destiny companion app update for the month of December, and the sooner the better,

Upon further inspection it would seem as though Android users have not had a bad deal because Destiny update version 3.1.3 released in November was the same as the one released on December 1st on iOS, the same day as the main game saw an update. If this is the case, then Android users should get to experience the next update before the rival platform.

Several improvements were made, such as the PSN friends list, so you no longer have to sign-in as often, the Vault was made viewable via the Legend section, and the overall stability was improved.

However, it is clear more needs to be done in order to satisfy Android users, as they have been sharing with us just what it is they would like to see updated. One of the most demanded features is having the ability to view all Gardians and their gear, and it needs to be able to mark unread Rrimoir Cards.

Users would also like to purchase things from vendors via the app, and some people are still experiencing issues with crashing, although this is an isolated issue to just a small number of users.
