No Halo Matchmaking fix until next week

By Alan Ng - Dec 5, 2014

Ten days ago we told you about an apology made by 343 Industries Studio Head, Bonnie Ross in relation to the Halo Masterchief Collection Matchmaking problems.

Skip forward to today though and most of you will have already downloaded a new Xbox One update for the game, an update which 343 Industries has specifically looked at fixing up those Halo Matchmaking problems.

However, many of you have probably already noticed that matchmaking is still not 100% fixed on the game. This is apparently an intention from 343 Industries, as they’ve said the latest update was to ‘improve team balance issues’ without resolving uneven teams.

Instead the developer has said that another Halo MasterChief Collection update will go live next week which should hopefully fix up the problems for good – fingers crossed.

So basically we wanted to give you a heads-up on this, just in case you are thinking that the latest patch for the game was useless. We’ve already seen plenty of frustration on social media, but at least 343 Industries is now fully aware of the situation so hopefully it will be resolved soon.

You can read through the latest patch notes here and see what has changed in the game. As we wait for the next patch to go live, let us know your status in the game at the moment.

Is it just matchmatching that is causing you grief, nothing else?
