PS Plus December 2 release time for US

By Alan Ng - Dec 1, 2014

Just to give you a last minute heads-up, we are just moments away from the PS Plus December 2 update release time for PS4 and PS3 owners in the US. This is officially the ‘best’ update so far, with Sony finally offering their first AAA retail game on the service.

It has been a long time in waiting, but we always knew that it would only be a matter of time before Sony coughs up with a so called ‘retail’ game to keep the PlayStation Nation satisfied.

Now, at any moment the PS Plus update will go live and you will all be able to download Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition and Secret Ponchos on PS4 with your subscription.

On PS3, there is a lot to look forward to as well remember. Sony are giving away Hitman HD Trilogy, which is pretty amazing since it combines Hitman 2: Silent Assassins, Contracts and Blood Money into one big title.

Also available throughout December is Deadly Premonition: The Director’s Cut, which is almost like a mash-up between Resident Evil 4 and Silent Hill – perfect if you love those sort of third-person horror survival titles.

At the moment, it looks like the update is not live yet but stay tuned as Sony could surprise at any moment. Let us know if you are trying to download Injustice right now and how excited you are that Sony is finally offering retail games.

Does this make PS Plus better than Games with Gold in your opinion?
