You would think there is no longer a huge market for 32-inch TVs, but you would be wrong because not everyone has the space for larger models, or the budget. Don’t think for one moment that you are making a sacrifice, as these smaller models still have a lot to offer, such as the LG 32LB550B.
The LG 32LB550B 32-inch LED TV specs are still decent enough to enhance your entertainment experience, which we will get to in a moment. This particular model still makes use of some of the most cutting-edge features – well within its budget anyway.
LG’s Triple XD Engine makes certain you do not suffer with motion blur and that pictures are clear with amazing color detail and clarity. We are surprised this model lacks Smart features, although you do get built-in Freeview. We are sure this will not be an issue for those of you with an Apple TV or other form of set-top box.
Depending where you purchase this TV you could get a free 5-year guarantee, which will be sent to you in January 2015. We looked on Argos, Asda and Tesco, and it is only the latter that is offering such a great deal.
On to the specs and what you get is that IPS panel with a resolution of 1366 x 768 at 720p with 100 Hz Motion Clarity Index, which tricks you because its actual refresh rate is 50Hz.
Some of the other features of interest are Smart Share, Picture Wizard III, Time Machine II and Mobile High-Definition Link. You can see the measurements of this model in the image above.
All three stores are selling this TV for £229, but Tesco would be the better option because of that extended warranty, as well as gaining Clubcard points
