Review of Asus X200MA-RCLT08 laptop specs and price

By Peter Chubb - Nov 27, 2014

Having already detailed several laptops over the past few weeks in the hope of offering you a good guide to gifts for Christmas, we seemed to have forgotten about the Asus X200MA-RCLT08 laptop. What makes this a half-decent laptop is how its specs are reasonable, while the price seems to defy the hardware.

Let’s get one thing straight, this is more of a tablet for browsing the Internet, and doing homework, although is ideal for students as well, although don’t try to give it anything too demanding to do, as the processor and system memory will let you know it. The design is also nothing to get too excited about and while it would seem we are putting this laptop down, we are not, we just do not want you to know what it is you are buying.

A quick review of the specs does show one thing though, and that is its value for money, especially as you can currently buy one for $200 over at Best Buy.
