Review of VIZIO 39-inch D390-B0 LED TV specs

By Peter Chubb - Nov 18, 2014

Oh yes, yet another TV for you and this time we have the VIZIO 39″ Class 1080p 60Hz Full-Array LED TV in black, with the model number D390-B0. This forms part of the D-Series, which is not all that great when compared to the likes of Samsung and LG models, but put it against TVs within its budget range and its specs and features are rather impressive.

From the front, the design of the VIZIO 39-inch D390-B0 LED TV looks slick, although when viewed from the side it seems rather thick when compared to many of the other LED televisions on the market, even many of those priced around the same.

You would have assumed you were looking at a TV from 8 years ago because it is as thick as some of the budget LCD TVs from back in the day. Having said that, this is not too much of an issue if you do not plan to put it on the wall, and instead use the stand it comes with.

Don’t get too excited over the specs because a review of them has revealed just what is expected, and that is mediocre at best. Starting with that 39-inch panel with its resolution of 1366 x 768, 720P and a refresh rate of 60Hz. The picture quality is going to be ok at best, and so you may not wish to use this as your main TV.

As for connections you get 2 HDMI inputs, which just isn’t enough these days and component video inputs. As for measurements these are 20.34″ high x 34.64″ wide and 2.46″ deep with the stand and 22.04 inches x 34.64 inches x 7.46 inches without the stand.

Unsurprisingly there are no reviews of this TV, and so it is left for you to visit the VIZIO website and download the manual to this TV where you will learn all there is to know.
