This month isn’t just your opportunity to get your hands on a lesser known budget tablet brand. It’s also the chance to get a discount on some big brands too. With this in mind, we want to take a look at one of Samsung’s new tablets, with a Samsung Galaxy Tablet 3 Lite 8GB review for late 2014.
This is essentially Samsung’s answer to the vast array of budget tablets that are appearing on the market, as they attempt to offer a taste of Galaxy life by cutting back on top-tier hardware specs combined with a much cheaper market price too.
The ending result is Samsung Galaxy Tablet 3 Lite 7 specs which include a 7-inch 600 x 1024 pixels display with 170 ppi. There’s a dual-core 1.2Ghz Marvell PXA986 processor powering the device with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage space.
You’ll be pleased to hear that you can still expand this tablet all the way up to 64GB if you have the necessary MicroSD card. There’s a 2MP camera on the rear, but you may be disappointed to see that Samsung has opted against putting a front-facing camera on the tablet, ruling the likes of Skype out of the question.
For the low prices that we have seen though, it’s still one of Samsung’s cheapest tablets on the market so there is definitely going to be some appeal.
