With TVs being of great interest at this time of year we have increased the number of models we have been writing about, and next up we have the Samsung UN55HU7250FXZA Curved 4K Ultra TV. This has been designed to get you closer to the action by bringing the edges closer to you, although that is just one of those gimmicks the people in the industry use.
Having said that, we have heard from many of our readers who are more into Curved TVs rather than 3D, and so the jury is still out on which of the two immersive technologies you would rather. Back to this particular model, and we can tell you the specs really do impress, although they do seem rather similar to the Samsung UN55HU7200FXZA that we discussed a few days ago.
Putting all that aside, the picture quality is truly stunning, but a lot of that is thanks to Samsung’s Ultra Clear Panel, which has been designed to absorb more light to reduce reflection that often spoils the image quality of most TVs.
Specs for this Samsung 55″ Class LED Curved 4K Ultra HD TV Smart HDTV – 120Hz refresh rate, 3840 x 2160 resolution, UHD Upscaling for improved picture quality, which helps to reduce noise reduction, UHD Dimming, and Smart Touch Remote to name a few.
As for connectivity and overall measurements these are built-in WiFi, 4 HDMI inputs, 3 USB ports, 1 Component Video and 2 Composite Inputs. Dimensions are 29-9/10″ high and 11-5/8″ deep with stand and 28-1/8″ x 4-1/2″ without stand.
We have come across a few reviews for this Samsung model over on Best Buy with one of them saying that prices for Curved TVs are coming down, which was the main reason for buying the UN55HU7250FXZA model. Another happy customers said the crystal clear picture really has to be seen to be believed.
If you had to choose would it be 3D or Curved?
