We are closing in on the expected PS Plus November update release time on Tuesday November 4. Usually Sony would launch a new PS Plus update on the first Tuesday of every month, but this time they have been noticeably silent with fans – why?
We told you a few days ago that Sony themselves had leaked the update ahead of schedule, by listing the PS Plus November Preview video on YouTube as ‘private’ only to remove it soon after.
Duplicates of that video were made though and as a result everyone managed to see the content which included Steamworld Dig and The Binding of Isaac as the PS Plus November free games on PS4.
As we told you hours ago, there has been no movement from Sony on the official PlayStation Blog, leading us to suggest that the PS Plus content may be launched on November 11 and November 12 for US and Europe respectively – rather than this week.
Sony almost always gives us a heads-up on what is coming before the update goes live, but they have not done that this time so it looks like we may be waiting longer than expected.
What we don’t know is why Sony are keeping silent either. We speculated that it may have something to do with the PS4 2.0 update problems that some developers have been experiencing, but that’s yet to materialize further.
Are you disappointed with the lack of communication from Sony regarding the PS Plus November 2014 release date? Our tip – don’t expect it on Tuesday.
