There still appears to be a lot of confusion in the air as to when the PS Plus November update release date will land. As most of you know, a leaked video appeared a few days ago showing The Binding of Isaac and Steamworld Dig as the two free games for November on PS4.
However, we are closing in on the expected PS Plus November release time of November 4, but there has still not been any information from Sony on this. Usually we would see two things from Sony prior to the launch of new PS Plus content.
The first of which is a general content post on the US and EU PlayStation Blogs, giving subscribers a general heads-up on the games which they will be getting each month in return for the money that they are paying to access the service.
The second of which is a preview video, usually from the community manager of PlayStation who gives a visual preview usually with gameplay, showing the games on offer.
The video was live a few days ago when Sony listed the video as private before removing it. However, there has been no official release of that video and there has been no Blog update from the PlayStation Team.
Has something gone wrong behind the scenes which is causing Sony to delay the intended release date of November 4 for The Binding of Isaac and the rest of the PS Plus content?
Remember that the PS4 was recently updated to system software 2.0 and it officially caused a problem with the PS4 Evolve Alpha, whilst also allegedly causing Driveclub servers to go offline.
Are the PS4 2.0 update problems connected to the reason why Sony has been silent on the PS Plus update for November? Let us know what you think about this considering that the update is expected to go live on Tuesday for US and Wednesday in EU this week.
