We have something which may be interest to those of you who are hoping to beat the mad rush during the Holiday 2014 sales. The Asus Memo Pad 7 me176cx tablet remains one of the best low-price tablets on the market and now we can see one big name retailer offering the tablet for a very low price.

You won’t need us to remind you how popular budget tablets are during the busy Holiday period. Now you have the chance to jump the queue and pick up the Asus Memo Pad 7 before the craze starts.

We’ve seen this tablet on sale for $149.99 as a normal retail price, but at the time of writing Best Buy are giving it away for an incredible $99.99 whilst stocks last. Any tablet under $100 is already pretty amazing and this one from Asus comes with some fantastic specs.

They include an Intel Atom 1.33 GHz Quad-Core Intel Atom processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded with MicroSD and Android 4.4 Kitkat OS.

This tablet isn’t old by any means either so there is probably a good chance that it will get an upgrade to Android 5.0 Lollipop – especially considering that Google managed to upgrade the ancient Nexus 7 2012 to Lollipop!

Those are some very decent specs indeed for a 7-inch tablet for under $100 from a well-known computer brand. If you are interested in picking one up, you can order from Best Buy here – the price includes free shipping which is an added bonus.

Is this one of the best quad-core tablets that you have seen under the magical sub-$100 price point? Let us know what else you have spotted and we’ll keep our eyes open too.
