The iPad Air 2 is going to be one of the hottest Holiday 2014 tablet deals to pick up once it is available and retailers start offering incentives. Before that though, most of you are probably searching for the best iPad trade-in prices and we have a quick heads-up on what Target and Best Buy can offer you right now.
The iPad Air is obviously still a great tablet, but the temptation to upgrade must be causing a lot of you problems, as you think of the potential of TouchID on the iPad Air 2.
You’ll be pleased to hear that both Target and Best Buy are still offering good money for your iPad Air, but which one offers the best value at the moment?
At the time of writing, it looks like Best Buy is the place to go to trade-in your iPad Air. We can see that a 16GB WiFi iPad Air can be traded in at Best Buy for a very reasonable $250 – as long as it’s in good condition of course.
In comparison, Target are only offering $200 for an iPad Air in good working order. However, if you trade it in online, shipping comes at no extra cost to you, while the incentive to go in store and trade will be an instant gift card which you can use on any other Target products.
Best Buy are also offering a better trade-in price than Target when it comes to the iPad Mini as well. Trading in the iPad Mini at Best Buy can get you $150, but try to do the same at Target and you may only get up to $90 back which isn’t great.
Where do you plan to trade in your iPad Air or iPad Mini? Have you already done it – if so, how much did you manage to claim back in credit?
