Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 NOOK 2-way case and Kimono Sleeve

By Peter Chubb - Sep 25, 2014

On August 15th we discussed how Samsung had teased us with a video of the Galaxy Tab 4 NOOK, yet never gave us a release date. However, just five days later the new device was available for purchase and so were a few accessories, although what really mattered were those that helped to protect the new tablet.

We have found two Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 NOOK covers, the two way case stand, and the Kimono Sleeve, both very different in design but with a similar purpose.

These NOOK GTS4 covers vary in price, but both are by Barnes & Noble and so you know the quality will be there, unlike any cheap third-party options, which we will no doubt review at a later date.

The Kimono Sleeve for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 NOOK comes in four colors, Charcoal, Emerald, Lagoon and Sangria and is lightweight, as to not add any more weight. This product is the ideal way for you to carry your new Tab 4 Nook, and even though it is made just from soft neoprene, it still protects it while you are not using it.

There are also pockets for you to keep credit and debit cards in, as well as the Vara Stylus. The price for this sleeve is $24.95.

Next is the 2-Way Cover Stand for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 NOOK, and also comes in a choice of four colors, these are, Leaf, Midnight Blue, Pink and Violet. This case is made from durable leather, although smooth to the touch, and comes with an elastic band to keep it closed while not being used.

The tablet will fit into the case and stay secure thanks to the 3-point clip mechanism, and also comes with an assortment of pockets. The price for this is $39.95, and you can view all these covers on the Barnes and Noble website.
