iPhone 6 specs revealed early

We have just under two hours to go until Apple’s Special Event gets underway. All eyes are on the inevitable iPhone 6 reveal, but before that there has been some interesting developments over in China.

One user has taken to social media channel Weibo, boasting to be already in possession of Apple’s elusive device days before the event has even started.

We’ve picked up one video in particular where the user ZZRay doesn’t even hide his identity and parades what looks to be a larger iPhone on screen. From what he says in the short clip posted here, we have picked it up in meaning along the following lines:

“Hello everyone, I am on Weibo. Today is the 6th of September, let’s see what i’ve got.”

What he’s got is apparently iPhone 6 specs revealed early, although obviously we can’t say that they are real until Apple’s event gets underway. What we can tell you is what he has shared though, that being a 4.7-inch device with a 750 x 1334 resolution and ppi of 326.

In a potential blow to fans, we also hear that the iPhone 6 may have a dual-core based processor again which will be unveiled as the A8 chip and also 1GB of RAM, the same as the iPhone 5S and 5.

Information enclosed inside a benchmark that the user has shared suggests that the new iPhone camera could be a 8-megapixel sensor with only a single LED flash and somewhat disappointing 1.3 megapixel camera on the front.

On a more positive note, there is whispers suggesting that Apple could offer a iPhone 6 128GB model, which should be appealing to a lot of you if true.

Again, we can’t confirm these specs but consider it a last minute heads-up before the event begins. Put it this way, if this specs mentioned above are confirmed real will you be disappointed, comparing to say the Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Note Edge?
