Those of you who were expecting to play GTA V on PS4, Xbox One and PC in September in relation to Rockstar’s Fall timeline may be disappointed. It now looks increasingly likely that GTA V next-gen and PC releases are instead coming this November and we have a potential new GTA V PS4, Xbox One and PC release date to share.
As most of you know, GTA V Heists were advertised as a feature that was coming to PS3 and Xbox 360 versions shortly after launch. Skip forward one year later though they are still nowhere to be seen and now gamers are under the assumption that Rockstar are saving Heists for the new versions of the game.
This week, we have seen retailers Newegg jump the gun early and reveal a solid launch date for the game. We spotted that they had listed a November 18 launch for GTA V PS4, Xbox One and PC, but quickly edited their page to list a placeholder date of December 31, 2014 instead.
As usual though, the internet never forgets and there has already been a screenshot captured showing the November 18 date that Newegg originally published. Considering how fast Newegg acted to change the date, is this good evidence to suggest that November 18 is the global launch for the PS4, Xbox One and PC versions of the game?
It’s looking very promising at the moment, but retailer listings are leaking by the day. Let us know your thoughts on a potential November release and if you are willing to give Rockstar even more money after already playing the game on PS3 or Xbox 360.
