With Liverpool FC an official partner with EA for FIFA 15, we have seen the developer release many vides featuring Liverpool players as we build up to the release of the game at the end of the month.
In EA’s latest video, we can see commentary from the likes of Simon Mignolet and Joe Allen. However, one player that we haven’t seen yet in FIFA 15 is Daniel Sturridge – until now that is.
We can show you a brief glimpse of Daniel Sturridge’s player face for FIFA 15, but you may not be too impressed if you were expecting to see a real lifelike representation.
EA has shown a quick sequence of Sturridge scoring a goal for Liverpool at the end of their new trailer and we get a quick-look at his facial model. At this moment, we’re not sure if this is next-gen versions of FIFA 15 that we are seeing here, or PS3 and Xbox 360 versions – hopefully it is the latter.
Most will agree that the face doesn’t look exactly like Sturridge at the moment so we’ll have to wait and see if there has been any problems to obtain the ‘official’ face for Daniel Sturridge or not.
As for Mignolet and Joe Allen, these are obviously the official faces as they feature heavily throughout the trailer and show the scanning process. Why has EA pushed Sturridge to the end of the trailer though? Give us your thoughts on this and let us know if you will be disappointed if EA can not get Daniel Sturridge’s real face in FIFA 15 when the game launches.
