It is fair to say the Grand Theft Auto V PC release date is desired more than Xbox One, although it is now rumored that PC gamers will join PS4 and Xbox One in a delay for the open world game. GTA V was expected to release on PS4, PC, and Xbox One this year but rumors hitting YouTube today (video below) seem to suggest the port might be delayed.
The description under the video explains you should think again if you want to be playing GTA V on PC, PS4, or Xbox One by Christmas day. These rumors came from Gamescom, according to the video creator that had attended the event and spent a lot of time with PR teams along with publishers.
They also note that Gamescom 2013 saw a lot of coverage by Sony and Rockstar Games in relation to GTA V for PS3/Xbox 360. Considering the next-gen release is meant to be weeks away, it surprised some that the 2014 event had no coverage at all. We’d say take this delay rumor with a pinch of salt, as this seems to be more speculation than anything.
Do you think GTA V will be delayed on PS4, PC, and Xbox One? The video claiming GTA V for next-gen was demoed to retailers only during Gamescom, which they expect also signals a delay considering it should be shown to everyone if still on for a “fall release date”, as Rockstar promised. Leave your thoughts below on the claims made in this video.
