Xbox Live not working with FIFA 14 points

There seems to be some problems with Xbox live not working with FIFA 14 points and this looks like an issue that needs EA’s help in fixing. The official Xbox Live status page has been updated with the Limited message for Purchase and Content Usage on Xbox 360.

If you are trying to buy downloadable items from Xbox Live today, then while the service isn’t down you might have issues with this particular service. Microsoft mentioned that trying to buy “FIFA Points within FIFA 14” could be a problem right now for some Xbox 360 owners.

They are working with EA to get the service back to normal, so you can spend your money on points in FIFA 14. There will be further updates at the official Xbox Live status page, which can be found here on the support page of Xbox.com.

Have you been having issues purchasing FIFA Points within the latest football game in this franchise? Microsoft ask users to be patient while they work with EA to get everything working again, although it seems this isn’t the only issue being repeatedly mentioned on the EA Sports FIFA Twitter account as well.

The tweet above is one of many for those having issues with players not showing up after they purchased them. In these examples, gamers managed to purchase coins and buy the player but haven’t seen their new asset appear. If you have experienced either of the above issues then leave a comment, also we’ll update our readers once everything is back to normal.
