Instagram Bolt iPhone app, early download link

By Updated on

Android users have already been enjoying using Bolt although because it is new we do not have any numbers as to how popular it is with user installs, but the Instagram Bolt iPhone app has yet to go live. Having said that, there is already an early download link, which we will give to you in a moment.

We do find it strange how we are told that the new messaging app is available for both Android and iOS, yet we are still waiting for the link to go live, whereas the latter was released on Tuesday.

What makes Bolt different? There is not really much difference between Bolt and Taptalk, although we can say the former is much prettier, and with it being the first version no doubt the team behind Instagram will bring a lot more to the table in terms of features over the coming months – if it proves popular.

Once Bolt is available to download on iTunes, which you can do so here, it will be interesting to see what iOS users make of the app that allows you to shoot and then send a photo or video right away with the tap of a virtual button. This is an ideal way for your friends to keep up with what your are doing through your eyes.

This is unlike many of the other apps that offer a similar service because you can only add up to 20 of your closest friends. Believe it or not, if you were to go through your friends list on Facebook, we bet you will struggle to find 20 people that you share only the most important information with.

The app is free and should go live on the App Store some time today, and so we ask that you keep checking the link above.
