UC Browser for Android hits v9.8.9

The UC Browser is considered to be the underdog when it comes to mobile browsers, which is highlighted in the video that you see below. However, in order to make it stand out more and take the fight to larger rival browsers, UCWeb Inc. has issued a massive new update that includes a host of new features and fixes.

The team behind the UC Browser has done a very good job in the past of updating their browser on a regular basis, as they do like to give users improved features and options, and the latest version is no exception.

UC Browser for Android v9.8.9 – This has to be one of its biggest updates yet and comes packed with a host of new features, all of which will make the user experience that much better. However, we are sure the increased speed of Facebook loading will be one of the better improvements.

If we are to believe what we are being told by the developers, then Facebook browsing with the UC Browser will be 30-60 percent faster than other browsers, which we have to say is a huge claim. We would love to hear from our readers to see if this claim is true or not.

Two other impressive new features are the ability to resume downloads that were interrupted, and less time switching from one page to another. Oh, one more thing, we almost forgot about Quicker Startup, which means the new version of the UC Browser opens in the blink of an eye, well almost.

A complete list of the changes can be found on the Google Play Store.
