Marvel Avengers Alliance players have just finished playing the PVP 16 tournament, but unfortunately developers Playdom may come in for criticism again as it seems that they cannot stop their servers from going down every month.
It has happened many times in the past and now we can confirm that Avengers Alliance PVP 16 crashes happened again during the season that has just finished. The crashes were no way near as bad as previous seasons, but it may still have cost some players the rewards they were aiming for if they were close to a league promotion.
So far, Playdom has yet to comment on whether compensation will be offered to players as a result of the game crashing, but we doubt it will happen this time.
Those of you who play regularly may remember that the developers suffered the same exact problem during PVP 15 and had to compensate every player by moving everyone up a league from where they finished due to constant crashes.
The big prize on offer this time is Drax The Destroyer, so it’s a lovely reward this time around.
Surprise surprise, Marvel's Avengers Alliance has crashed again at the end of PVP! Bad times @MAAInsiders

Did any of you finish just below a promotion, with the game downtime perhaps costing you a place in a higher league? Let us know if the game crashed for you as well and your thoughts on why this keeps happening every single season.
With the amount of money Playdom and Disney make from this game – are server upgrades needed?
