If you are not convinced about playing through The Last of Us again when it lands on PS4 with The Last of Us Remastered, Naughty Dog has again given us reason to play the game at the end of the month.
When you hear the term ’60FPS’, what does it mean to you? To most ‘aware’ gamers in today’s world, it means that a game will manage to hit 60FPS at certain points, but when the action picks up considerably we usually see a severe drop in frame rate.
It is a growing problem that has affected many PS4 games so far since launch, but Naughty Dog is hoping to change that. They have been bold enough to tell the public ahead of release that they are specifically looking to remove these drops in The Last of Us Remastered.
@WillHype We have worked hard to remove drops so that the experience should be at a constant 60 fps.

As a result, it should mean the game arriving on PS4 with 60FPS from the minute you start up the game, to the last. It could be one of the first PS4 games to offer a full 60FPS experience in fact and that factor alone could be good enough reason for those who have already played the PS3 original to play the game again.
For those that haven’t experienced The Last of Us at all, it looks like a no-brainer for you to buy the game. Let us know your thoughts on what a 60FPS experience means to you.
Do you consider this to be very important, or not at all? If Naughty Dog can deliver on their promise, will you be willing to buy the PS4 remaster?
