The Lomography instant takes a spin on the Polaroid camera some of us can remember from our youth, in a time when you just took the picture and shortly after pinned the photo somewhere without needing a printer. The Lomo’Instant camera landed on Kickstarter just over a month ago, but now has reached $969,474 in funding with only 3 days to go.
You can see the official video by Lomography below this article, and it reveals a device that the creators call a much more “Creative Instant Camera System” when compared to everyone else, including anything Polaroid ever created. We’ll leave our readers to debate how good it really is from the introduction video, but considering it almost reached 10 times the original $100,000 goal, followers think it’s the real deal.
Main features include an Advanced Lens System, the ability to use Fujifilm Instax Mini Film, Easy 2 Step-Focusing, Color Gels, Infinite Long Exposures, Unlimited Multiple Exposures, 3 Shooting Modes, and much more.
The new Lomography instant camera is the system some of us have been waiting for and with the project getting funding on June 27, get ready for a game-changer to arrive within the instant camera market. Take a look at the trailer below, then let us know what you think about the Lomo’Instant camera?
