We were the first site to report the GTA V 1.14 update going live with the ‘I’m not a Hipster’ patch. However, as many of you have noticed since installing, there is still no word on the missing GTA V Heists release with Rockstar saying nothing on the matter.
Usually at the end of each update post on Rockstar’s website, the developer will make some comment on how they are still working on Heists and for gamers to remain patient as they work to deliver the highly anticipated content.
With the GTA V 1.14 update notes though, Rockstar has not mentioned Heists at all. If you have been following the release closely since announcement, you’ll know that Heists was initially promised for Spring, along with the Capture Creator and other updates that we have already had.
With Spring officially ending on June 20, 2014 though, it looks like Rockstar will not be able to meet their own deadline, unfortunately. As you can imagine, many players are not happy about this and now we have seen increased fears from those who think that Rockstar may save Heists for PS4, Xbox One and PC only.
Its so funny how NO ONE is talking about heists anymore. All you see in GTA V next gen this n that

Obviously, it would be a nightmare scenario for PS3 and Xbox 360 users if this happens, but we doubt that Rockstar would be that cruel. Heists has been the single most requested feature for GTA V Online, remembering that we haven’t even had a piece of official story DLC yet.
Having said that, we still think it’s important to remember that this is free content that Rockstar is offering to keep everyone busy in the meantime. Rockstar are well within their rights to charge a fee for their DLC drops and from the looks of it, the Hipster update is massive which everybody is getting for free.
Will Rockstar now deliver Heists with the GTA V 1.15 patch or are you starting to believe that they may make it an exclusive feature for next-gen versions only?
If they do this, how would you feel after waiting so long?
