The Grand Theft Auto V save game transfer to PlayStation 4 is pretty clear, and you will be able to transfer your GTA V save game progression from PS3 and Xbox 360 to PS4, which was given clarification during Sony’s E3 2014 conference.
Some gamers couldn’t understand why Sony would also mention GTA V coming to Xbox One during their E3 event, although the main reason they did this is thanks to a lot of Xbox 360 owners upgrading to PS4 rather than Xbox One. This is why Sony’s conference also mentioned you could transfer your GTA Online character from Xbox 360 to PS4.
Did you upgrade from Xbox 360 to PS4, if so would you want to do a GTA V save game transfer from 360 to PS4? It is great Sony made it clear this early on that players will be able to take their progress with them from last to current generation of consoles.
We are to believe that you can also transfer GTA V game save data from PS3 to Xbox One as well, and this would make sense considering it should be fair both ways for Sony and Microsoft fans that switched teams.
The details on how to transfer GTA V save game information from PS3 and Xbox 360 will come later on nearer the fall release. It is yet to be seen how much data can be moved, if this is just online or if it will include single player game saves as well. You can take a look at the announcement trailer below this article.
