We’ve been playing Watch Dogs since the moment it released and now have some train gameplay for Product Reviews readers. You can watch a short hands-on clip below this article that we took during a couple of stops, and you’ll also see that pointing a gun at people on the train will cause some of them to phone the police and ask for help.
You can hear one citizen of Chicago stating, “you got to get over here” after calling 911. The police radio then explains that the squad is performing a detailed scan for the suspect, then your location is distributed to police. Much like GTA V, you’ll then be hunted by police while on the train.
Gamers first saw a glimpse of trains in Watch Dogs during one of Ubisoft’s first trailers for the game and they revealed the players ability to hack a train. You can then take control of the train, or shall we say you can basically start and stop the train just like lots of other computer controlled devices within the game.
Have you been on the train in Watch Dogs yet? If so, how do you think it compares to trains in other open world games? We’ve been playing for a few hours and after some glitches with installing, everything is looking good with lots of gamers enjoying open world fun on PS4 that they missed thanks to leaving GTA V behind on PS3.
