EA E3 2014 excitement with six new projects

By Alan Ng - May 8, 2014

It is going to be an exciting time for those who are big fans of EA. As expected, EA’s E3 2014 announcements are going to be groundbreaking and we now have the confirmed EA E3 2014 date and start time, as well as hints on what could be shown at their event.

Without further ado, we can confirm that E3 will be hosting their own event which will be called “EA World Premiere: E3 2014 Preview”. The E3 2014 EA start time is Tuesday June 10 at 12pm Pacific Time, or 3PM for those on Eastern Time.

During the event, EA will showcase new titles that haven’t been seen before – one of which is going to be Star Wars Battlefront, currently in development from Battlefield 4 developers DICE and a game that will be running on the Frostbite 3 engine.

Aside from Battlefront though, we should see another five new games at E3 2014. Although not confirmed these could include the likes of a new PGA game, The Sims 4, Dragon Age: Inquisition and Mass Effect 4.

There’s also the little matter of the new Mirror’s Edge game which we haven’t seen since E3 2013. That is another game that is running on the Frostbite 3 engine so we wouldn’t be surprised if we saw this game re-emerge too.

Either way, it is going to be a must see event for all gaming fans. Don’t forget about the rumors suggesting that a new Battlefield game from Visceral Games is on the way too – which could be police themed.
