Sleevely improves baby feeding habits via Bluetooth

No matter how many children you have, when it comes to feeding a newborn baby, you never have the same experience twice. This is because all babies are different, as some of them are very easy to feed, while others can become a bit of a nightmare.

It is not just that, you have to keep a baby-feeding chart to make certain you are not under or over feeding them. While we know it is important to keep track, it can be hard and there are often times when you forget to keep any eye on just how much your child has taken from the bottle.

This is no ones thought, as we all know how some babies can keep parents awake for long periods at a time, and in some cases they might only get a couple hours sleep a night, so a few mistakes are always going to happen.

Thankfully, there is a solution, but only if a new Kickstarter is able to reach its goal. The new project is called Sleevely and is a devcie that skips over a babies bottle and then connects to your mobile device via Bluetooth, giving the user full access to the Sleevely app.

Sleevely is a smart sleeve for a baby bottle, which comes with a host of uses, but only after installing the app. You will be able to keep an eye your baby’s hydration and nutrition, along with creating a baby feeding chart to make sure he or she is getting the recommended amount of food.

If this project does get off the ground, then this is not only a very useful tool for parents with a baby, but also for the midwife who comes round to check on a baby’s progress.

The people behind this Kickstarter project are asking for $85,000, and with 46 days to go a total of $476 has been raised so far, so not the kind of start they would have wanted.
