Hearthstone has now been fully released after the World of Warcraft based online game’s successful beta concluded. Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft has now been officially made available to download on Mac and PC, bringing with it a highly competitive digital trading card theme.

Players should now be able to download Hearthstone from Battle.net for free, according to CVG a patch has already been released which adds new features, fixes bugs and makes balance changes. Blizzard is currently working on mobile versions of Heroes of Warcraft for smartphone and tablet. Development is ongoing and the apps will be released on the iOS and Android platforms when ready.

Players familiar with the World of Warcraft universe will love this strategic collectible card game as many of its themes are based on the PC hit. Gamers can gain better cards via purchasing virtual packs online, or by trading and winning from opponents. Assembling a powerful and balanced deck is the key to success, you can challenge the AI, friends or online players in public matches.

Like in WOW you can choose your character from 9 different races which consists of Warrior, Mage, Priest, Druid, Rogue, Warlock, Shaman, Hunter and Paladin. New players should probably start with all of the introductory missions and delve further into the game once they have completed their first few matches.
