It looks like the GTA V Heists release date saga may finally be coming to a climax soon. New evidence has been found inside GTA V 1.11 files, evidence that suggests that Rockstar are secretly putting the final touches on the feature that was originally meant to release shortly after launch.
After alleged GTA V Heists gameplay leaked a few weeks ago, gamers have been wondering when the content will finally land. We didn’t see it with the GTA V 1.11 update recently, but there is now strong belief that Rockstar may finally be ready to launch Heists with the GTA V 1.12 patch.
Detective work has been ongoing on the Heists mystery for some time over at the GTAForums, and it looks like the GTA V 1.11 files have brought some new juicy intel. Specifically, the following information which proves that Heists is definitely already inside the GTA V game files.
“At the printer, press ~INPUT_CONTEXT~ to collect the heist details. Press ~INPUT_CONTEXT~ to collect the heist details. Start Heist”
The image you see above is the printer in your apartment, which it now looks like will play a vital role once Rockstar activates Heists in GTA Online. If you don’t have a printer yet, we strongly advise you to pick up one so you are fully prepared.
There is also further clues relating to Heists which were only found just days ago:
“HEIST! A Heist is available in your Apartment. Launch Heist THE HEIST Configure Heist From: Lester(email@example.com)
Subject: Talk soon
The evidence is already there in black and white so now we think it is just a case of Rockstar putting the final touches on it and pressing the green light so it goes public.
Let us know your thoughts on this and whether you are ready to play some Heists at last.
