We were looking to review some of the best apps for earthquakes and while doing so saw some major news break about the Northern California earthquake today. This is why we wanted to make our article more of a quick review, so that Product Reviews readers could see one app that really delivers when it comes to the latest earthquake news.

When you click any point that features a circle on the map it reveals a popup message that explains how long ago the report arrived, its location, how far away you are from that location when you have location services turned on like we did with our iPhone 5.
The app was last updated at the end of last year and reached version 2.0.0. This brought compatibility with iOS 7, various bug fixes and performance improvements.
