We have some great news for auto fans now, as we have just had confirmation of the new Audi TT 3rd-generation. We are expecting to see a new unveiling at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show, but we’re pleased to say that Audi has given fans an early tease of what to expect.
If you were a fan of the design for the original Audi TT back in 1998, you’ll be pleased to hear that Audi has opted to retain that distinct look, whilst making some stylish and cosmetic upgrades for the Audi TT 2014 model.
Key features include dominant horizontals for the front end of the new Audi TT car, while the Singleframe grille is broad and flat too. Audi has added two contours which form a V-pattern over the engine hood, while there is also a change to the position of the four rings which now are situated centrally on the hood.
While you’ll have to wait until the Geneva Motor Show to see the new Audi TT 2014 in the flesh, below is an accurate render that Audi has just shared via press release.
You’ll agree that there is a more sporty theme to the car compared to the first Audi TT, but overall it still looks like the perfect upgrade from the original.
Full Audi TT 2014 features can be seen in this link, but now we should all prepare for the official unveiling at the Geneva Motor Show, which runs from March 6 to March 16.
Are you interested in upgrading to the new Audi TT, based on the new design or do you prefer the original? We’ll bring you a video when we get it.
