Along with access to AT&T’s LTE network, the new Surface 2 could also make use of HSPA signal as well for those that need it. Surface 2 specs should remain the same, which means you’ll be getting a 10.6-inch display with a quad-core 1.7GHz Tegra 4 processor and 2GB of RAM.

AT&T has yet to confirm this officially, but we all know that a FCC sighting usually indicates that the associated device is on the way soon.
