Killer Instinct update offers fixes for Spinal among others

By Marlon Votta - Feb 21, 2014

Double Helix has released an update for those of you frustrated with the wrong players being sent to jail in Killer Instinct. In addition, issues that surround the latest character Spinal have also been addressed as plenty of problems have been experienced with this new recruit.

Fixes for Spinal include one that was causing crash when the teleport was activated, while other fixes involve the manuals being unbreakable proceeding the opening dive kick, as well as the counter breakers that were not accessible. Another also pays attention to the divekick snapping to ground after the initial divekick.

The full patch notes can be seen on the MP1ST website including fixes to the jail system where adjustments have been made to reset stats, along with problems addressed when both opponents end up being sent to jail when the match disconnects.

As far as general fixes are concerned, plenty of issues have been looked into with everything from the loss of points when losing a match in Survival Mode to data save progression, which has also been sorted. However, the Ultra audio glitch seems to be an ongoing problem which may need more investigation. For more details on this we suggest you head over to MP1ST to see whether you have a specific glitch that has been sorted.
