The Kindle app for the iPad and iPhone has recently been polished with the v4.1.2 update intending to improve the performance and stability. The new update emerged a couple of days ago on the 4th February and we hope this has rectified any frustrating problems users may have been experiencing.
The free Kindle app comes courtesy of AMZN Mobile LLC and has been optimized for Apple products allowing users to access the kind of things offered on the Kindle with everything from books to magazines in a Portable Document Format.
Available through the iTunes App Store the Kindle app allows access to over 1,500,000 books from the Kindle Store. This gives users the opportunity to automatically sync their bookmarks, notes and last page read across multiple devices, including the Kindle with the option to choose from a large catalogue of best-selling books.
Additionally, users may find this is ideal for reading the national newspapers and magazines with high-resolution colour images.
