We have some good news for those of you who are planning to skip Titanfall on Xbox 360 and Xbox One, in favor of getting the PC version instead. With the Titanfall public beta due to begin very soon, we now have a confirmation of the Titanfall minimum PC specs requirement needed to run the game.
If you have seen any of the gameplay footage from the Titanfall alpha, you’ll agree that the graphics are looking top notch. PC owners are probably licking their lips in anticipation of how far the graphics can be stretched by optimizing, but now we have the important details for those that don’t have a high-end system.
As confirmed by Respawn, these are the Titanfall PC specs at a minimum:
64-bit Windows 7, 8, 8.1
AMD Athlon X2 2.8GHz or Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz
512MB VRAM, Radeon HD 4770 or GeForce 8800GT
If you have those requirements, rest assured that you’ll be able to play the game on the lowest settings. If you are rocking specs that involve high-end specs such as a Core i5, i7 setup with NVIDIA GTX780ti graphics, then you can look forward to stretching out far beyond what Titanfall on Xbox One can handle.
So there we have it. Let us know what PC hardware you are currently rocking and your hopes on running Titanfall successfully.
Are you going for optimum performance or not?
