We have an important heads-up to all gamers who are thinking of picking up Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes this March. An early Ground Zeroes review for the game has gone live and suggested that the game duration is very short – short being just over 2 hours.
Ground Zeroes is a prequel to Metal Gear Solid 5: Phantom Pain remember and will be available to buy on March 18 in the US. Being a prequel, the game won’t be selling at full price – rather $19.99 for Xbox 360 and PS3 versions (digital), or $29.99 for physical copies.

PS4 and Xbox One versions will cost you more, with Konami setting the price at $29.99 digital and $39.99 for a physical copy of the game.
Just what content will you get for that price though? Game Informer has already played through the campaign and have sent out a state of panic by saying that they ‘completed the game in less than two hours’.
Re: Ground Zeroes being only 2 hours: is that with or without cutscenes? If it's with, in a Kojima game, that's like 6 minutes of gameplay.

While two hours may be an alarming statistic if true, it’s important to remember that these two hours could be actual gameplay rather than cutscenes.
It could also be two amazing hours of gameplay to enjoy before Phantom Pain, so don’t be too disheartened just yet.
As we await further details on this, give us your reaction. Will you still buy the game because it is a Hideo Kojima project, or do you have doubts now?
