Final Fantasy XIV patch 2.1 review, 2.2 hopes

Now that the Final Fantasy XIV patch 2.1 release date has passed, we wanted to highlight some insight into this update and look at a few videos taking a closer look at PVP skills and gear shown in the FFXIV 2.1 patch notes. The massive A Realm Awoken patch was detailed with a trailer at the start of this month by Square Enix, and you can see this trailer in the first video below our article.

The second video can be found below as well, which gives an overview of the Final Fantasy XIV 2.1 patch along with some hands-on time within this 28 minute video. The reviewer revealed early on how they were looking forward to PVP after the patch notes and wanted to get hands-on with the new abilities, upgrades, and see how the new gear will work in PVP.
