Fans have been pleading with Platinum Games to take Wii U exclusive Bayonetta 2 to PS3 and Xbox 360. This week though, that possibility has again been cast in doubt after the creative director for the game has admitted growing tired of constant requests.
Bayonetta 2 is undoubtedly going to be one of the Wii U highlights of 2014. After the success of the first game, you can understand it from the fans point of view over the demand to see it on other platforms too.
Having said that, it’s also somewhat refreshing to see Nintendo come up with a third-party exclusive for once so we say let Platinum Games do their thing.
Here is what creative director JP Kellams said on Twitter recently in relation to constant requests for a PS3 and Xbox 360 version of Bayonetta 2:
I hate posting anything Bayonetta 2 on our Facebook. Not because I hate Bayonetta 2, but because I hate the pedantic port-begging.

It’s worth you clicking that Tweet as well and reading through the rest of the comments – it’s an interesting read for sure.
While Nintendo may have an exclusive on the game, let’s not forget what happened with the Rayman Legends situation where the game ended up on all platforms eventually.
Do you think Platinum Games will ultimately give in and bring the game to PS3 and Xbox 360? Are you someone who has been ‘begging’ them to make it, as the creative director puts it?
