We have some exciting news for Nokia fans now, especially those that are in love with the company’s Lumia range that seems to be gaining mass popularity by the day. Now we have whispers that the Lumia range is going to extend into 2014 as well. An image as well as first spec information on the unreleased Nokia 929, which could go on to be a firm consumer favorite and a great alternative to the likes of future smartphones such as the iPhone 6 and Samsung Galaxy S5.

If you liked previous Lumia devices with a PureView camera, just wait until you see what this Lumia 929 could be rocking. We’re still obviously at a very early stage with no official announcement, but we could be seeing Lumia 929 specs that include a whopping 20 megapixel PureView sensor with dual-LED flash and Carl Zeiss optics.
On top of that, other rumored specs could include a 5-inch 1080p display, a quad-core 2.2Ghz Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage and Windows 8.1 as its operating system.
Now we point you in the direction of a new picture leak, which suggests that the Nokia Lumia 929 could also come with a 2510mAh battery, which would obviously be fantastic news if true. There’s also a first apparent picture which suggests that the device is on the way to Verizon this December.
We’re not sure about you, but those are some monster specs and we’re loving the flat design if this image is real. The Samsung Galaxy S5 and iPhone 6 are probably going to be fantastic in their own right, but it’s great to see Nokia still pumping out the competition.
Let us know if you will keep your eyes on the Lumia 929. Would you buy one ahead of rival devices from Samsung or Apple?
