Uncharted 4 actor reveal generates hype

Are you ready for the next snippet of Uncharted 4 news? Earlier on this month, we were one of the first to tell you about the surprise Uncharted 4 reveal, coming directly at Sony’s PS4 All Access Event. With the game heading towards a proper reveal at the Spike VGX 2013, we now have confirmation on one Uncharted 4 actor who voiced the teaser trailer that got everyone so hyped.

Firstly, if you haven’t seen the trailer yet – you need to watch it back again here. The trailer features a voice that isn’t Nathan Drake, meaning that we have a brand new character in the game which is generating a lot of buzz at the moment.

Now, we can reveal that the actor behind the character is a man called Todd Stashwick. He has previously been in TV shows such as Heroes, CSI and Curb your Enthusiasm. He doesn’t appear to have a detailed background in the video game industry, but obviously Naughty Dog has seen and heard enough to make him one of the main characters in Uncharted 4.

We now know it is going to be Todd, thanks to a Tweet revealed by the actor himself showing some early motion capture work – the image shown above. As we await possible details at the Spike VGX awards on December 7, let us know any new theories you have on the storyline to Uncharted 4.
