If you were looking for a stylish, powerful laptop to replace your desktop, then the MacBook Air or Pro would be it. However, if what you are looking for one to include a touchscreen, then the HP Envy Touchsmart 15.6 Core i7 16GB 1TB Laptop could it – well that is what HP would have you believe.
On paper they would be right because the HP Envy TouchSmart 15 specs are very impressive, but most of us know that when you get laptops into the hands of everyday user’s, then the outcome will be very different.
If you do not believe us, then maybe a HP Envy Touchsmart 15.6 laptop review would, or several in this case? We say this because a brief glance at several reviews shows this to be a rather average laptop.
Take The Inquirer review of the HP Envy Touchsmart, they have studied the design, display, keyboard and trackpad, performance, sound and battery life and conclude that the laptop is a powerhouse, but the lack of SSD, ugly keyboard and less than impressive battery life means it can only achieve a 6 out of 10.
Laptop Mag says that the HP Envy TouchSmart 15 has an attractive design and decent performance, but is let down by battery life and poor graphics performance when compared to rivals.
Finally, there is Trusted Reviews, who has an extensive review of the HP Envy TouchSmart 15 laptop. They have conducted a series of tests and have also come to the same conclusion, and so means that there is a universal agreement that the HP Envy Touchsmart 15.6 Core i7 has just an average review score.
