Over the past few weeks we have seen several Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 reviews, and while they seem pretty impressed, there are still one or two issues. Okay, so it should not come as a shock that all is not perfect, but to have apps crashing while reviewing the tablet isn’t something Samsung would have wanted.
When consumers start to read reviews or watch videos of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2 and notice that the tablet has crashing, and freezing issues, well it is something that Samsung needs to address.
If you thought it might be an issue with review units, then you would be wrong because owners are having issues as well. One Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2nd-gen owner has said that his was a disaster and said that his tablet started to crash the moment it was taken out of the box.
Other owners have said that the Notification pane would often freeze on them, and that’s without any apps running. There have been several instances where the Samsung service centers would have to do a fresh install of the OS, although they did acknowledge that a new version of the OS was needed in order to rectify these issues.
For those of you who might want to hold off getting this tablet until the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 model gets Android 4.4 KitKat, then you have a long wait because it is not expected to land on the device until early next year.
