Amazon has launched Kindle MatchBook in the USA that will allow bookworms to download a digital copy of books they have already purchased. Some people have welcomed this idea and been looking forward to it, although others cannot understand why they should pay again for a book they have already purchased.
At the time of writing we are unaware of an exact Amazon Kindle MatchBook launch date in the UK, but you can see the full US list on this page of the official website. We currently see over 67,000 results in the Kindle MatchBook list and these are broken down by category as well.
While some people are yet to convert to digital reading, millions are already benefiting from not having to take heavy books when on holiday or traveling. You can access the majority of books on a Kindle, or even on smartphones, iPhone and iPad.
Once you make the transition, you may never want to own a book in solid form ever again, but what about the books you currently own?
The new e-book service allows you to download books already purchased on Amazon, and the Kindle versions cost around $3 and some are even free.
