The moment has finally arrived for Pokemon fanatics across the world. Pokemon X and Y has finally launched globally for the first time in the series, allowing trainers to get started on their adventures at the same time. For those yet to buy the game, we now have the perfect Pokemon X and Y launch gameplay for you to check out, giving you the ideal heads up on the game before deciding whether to purchase or not.
This is essentially the start of a lengthy Pokemon X and Y walkthrough, which will allow you to subscribe to the channel and keep watching as the user continues through his journey. Now we can already show you the first 40 minutes of the game right from the start screen, allowing you to witness the moment when you have to choose a starter Pokemon between Froakie, Chespin and Fennekin.
You’ll also receive your very first Pokedex from the professor at the start of the game, and shortly after witness your very first Pokemon trainer encounter. This will obviously vary depending on which Pokemon you choose, but on this occasion we see Chespin taking on Froakie in the video.
You’ll probably be shocked with how good the game looks from a graphical point of view compared to Black and White 2. The animations for the Pokemon, even when appearing out of the Poke ball look fantastic, as do all of the 3D environments when cruising around the city or heading into shops and houses on your travels.
Remember that this video channel will be updated soon with part 2 of the adventure. Enjoy the first look at the game for now and give us your impressions of Pokemon X and Y if you have already started playing.
Is it easily the best game in the series to date?
