The arrival of Grand Theft Auto V has been one of the most anticipated games in recent times and although many gamers are attracted to this because of the story driven open world, the online aspect is getting plenty of attention. Although I have already acquired GTA V and slowly started progressing through the story, I am currently getting to grips with the massive open world and seem to be taking this at a slower pace than expected, while I appreciate the game fully.
With that said, to really appreciate this game it is worth checking out GTA V Online, and today we are looking at ways to create a new crew within the game. The video above this article highlights the positives of obtaining a crew and goes on to discuss why this is better for gamers.
We get the impression that those doing jobs with crews can build up their reputation quicker, thus making it more fun for the individual gamer. Additionally, gamers can also obtain some cool cosmetic bonuses for joining up with a crew like masks and other unlocks.
The aforementioned video starts off on the social club and the presenter commences by putting in a name for the crew and colour. Once this has been put in players can then go on to create a crew tag that they will use during the matchmaking process and this will be available to see on the screen.
At which point players will decide whether this crew setup will be invite only, so those wanting to join will have to ask first. There are five types of crew to choose from, all having their own distinctive types of people who want different things from the game. Players can also provide a motto and change the rank names for when the progress, although we suggest you stay away from profanities as Rockstar may have a problem with this.
For the purposes of the video, this is all the presenter intends to put in and once this is done he proceeds in saving his crew, which brings up a confirmation, although it will let you know if the crew name has already been taken.
We understand that many gamers have already set up their own crew, but those of you like me who need to see this being done will find the video above explains this all in a simple and omprehendible manner. Therefore, we would love to know whether you have already got your crew up and running on GTA V Online.
