Today, we want to highlight the Withings Pulse vs. Fitbit Flex and provide some insight from three videos. These new fitness gadgets aim to make keeping fit a lifestyle and combining technology with routine makes this now easier than ever, which is thanks to being able to track calories burned, steps taken and more.

Both of these little gadgets want to be there for you “every step of the way” and help to keep you fit by tracking your progress, but what is the better device Withings Pulse or Fitbit Flex?

The first video we embedded below this article runs for just over 4 minutes and is a users impression of both Fitbit Flex and Withings Pulse after using both devices for a week. They deliver their review after looking at Withings Pulse vs. Fitbit Flex side-by-side.

Our second video highlights the fact that fitness activity accessories like the Fitbit and Nike FuelBand are already getting a lot of attention, although their 6 minute review focuses on the new Withings Pulse and they aim to find out if this new device can give the others a run for their money.

Withings state their Pulse device supports all versions of iPad, iPod touch 3rd generation or higher, iPhone 3GS or higher and requires above iOS 5. When it comes to Android phones they only state that Android 2.3.3 or higher is required on both tablet and smartphone.
