Elder Scrolls Anthology with DLC for ultimate fans

By Updated on

What are Bethesda trying to do to us? If you purchased the Skyrim Legendary Edition for $60 and already thought that was a great deal, you may want to look away now. We can now confirm that an Anthology of the Elder Scrolls is coming, priced at $80 but will include every single Elder Scrolls game released to date.

That means for the extra $20 that you may have paid for the Legendary Edition of Skyrim, you can pay $80 and receive The Elder Scrolls Arena, Daggerfall, Morrowind, Oblivion and also Skyrim. Even better, the Anthology will also contain the official DLC expansion packs for all of the games, which means you’ll get the likes of Bloodmoon for Morrowind, Shivering Isles for Oblivion and the three packs for Skyrim.

It’s an amazing package for those that want to own the definitive Elder Scrolls package, but as we mentioned above it must be slightly annoying for those that have only just picked up the Legendary Edition. This Elder Scrolls Anthology has come out of nowhere with no prior warning, and has already been given a confirmed release date of September 10.

$80 may seem a lot, but don’t forget you are getting the complete collection here. Skyrim was a big game, but Oblivion and Morrowind feature massive worlds as well. This package is simply going to keep you busy for months, so if you are an RPG lover but have yet to play any of the Elder Scrolls series – we couldn’t recommend this any more than we have.

Let us know if you are seriously thinking about dropping $80 on this. It does look like a very pretty package as well, check out the image above.
